Siapakah orangnya yang mau memberikan pinjaman kepada Allah, sebagai pinjaman yang baik (ikhlas) supaya Allah melipat-gandakan balasannya? Dan (selain itu) ia akan beroleh pahala yang besar! (QS. Al-Hadiid 57:11)

…dan sesiapa yang di sempitkan rezekinya, maka hendaklah ia memberi nafkah dari apa yang diberikan Allah kepadanya (sekadar yang mampu); Allah tidak memberati seseorang melainkan (sekadar kemampuan) yang diberikan Allah kepadanya. (Orang-orang yang dalam kesempitan hendaklah ingat bahwa) Allah akan memberikan kesenangan sesudah berlakunya kesusahan. (QS> At-Thalaaq : 7 )

Siapakah orangnya yang (mau) memberikan pinjaman kepada Allah sebagai pinjaman yang baik (yang ikhlas) supaya Allah melipatgandakan balasannya dengan berganda-ganda banyaknya? Dan (ingatlah), Allah jualah Yang menyempit dan Yang meluaskan (pemberian rezeki) dan kepadaNyalah kamu semua dikembalikan. (QS. Al-Baqarah : 245)

Kamu tidak sekali-kali akan dapat mencapai (hakikat) kebajikan dan kebaktian (yang sempurna) sebelum kamu dermakan sebahagian dari apa yang kamu sayangi. Dan sesuatu apa jua yang kamu dermakan maka sesungguhnya Allah mengetahuinya. (QS Al Imran 3 : 92)

(Ingatlah), kamu ini adalah orang-orang yang bertabiat demikian - kamu diseru supaya menderma dan membelanjakan sedikit dari harta benda kamu pada jalan Allah, maka ada di antara kamu yang berlaku bakhil, padahal sesiapa yang berlaku bakhil maka sesungguhnya ia hanyalah berlaku bakhil kepada dirinya sendiri. Dan (ingatlah) Allah Maha kaya (tidak berhajat kepada sesuatupun), sedang kamu semua orang-orang miskin (yang sentiasa berhajat kepadaNya dalam segala hal). Dan jika kamu berpaling (daripada beriman, bertaqwa dan berderma) Ia akan menggantikan kamu dengan kaum yang lain; setelah itu mereka tidak akan berkeadaan seperti kamu. (QS. Al Muhammad 47:38)
